Electricity from Wind Gusts

This project is named M.A.R.S. Floating Wind Generators, shaped like a hot air balloon filled with helium without crew, which is capable of rotating due to the wind flow at an altitude of about 1000 feet. The lap will drive a generator to produce electricity. This concept will be able to generate electricity from renewable sources and able to save a lot of costs because it doesn't require expensive building structure as in conventional wind generators.
